Section 550.803 - Census

(a) A center must adopt and enforce written policies and procedures for the development of the center's actual, daily, and total census lists.
(b) A center's written policies and procedures must address:
(1) developing and maintaining the census
lists;
(2) the staff responsible
for maintaining the census lists; and
(3) the retrieval of the census lists when
requested by DADS.
(c) A center must maintain the following lists of minors receiving services:
(1) actual census, which must be updated each
time the number of minors at the center changes;
(2) daily census; and
(3) total census.
(d) The actual and daily census must include:
(1) a minor's name;
(2) the services provided to a minor and the
provider responsible for the delivery of each service; and
(3) the time a minor entered and left the
center.
(e) The total census must include:
(1) a minor's
name;
(2) a minor's diagnosis;
and
(3) the name and contact
information of a minor's prescribing physician.
