Section 52.351 - Contractor's Right to Appeal

(a) A contractor may appeal a sanction, as described in § 49.531(a) of this subchapter (relating to Sanction by HHSC), proposed or imposed by HHSC.

(b) To appeal a sanction proposed or imposed by HHSC, a contractor must request an administrative hearing in accordance with 1 TAC § 357.484(relating to Request for a Hearing).
