Section 357.601 - Administering Agency's Role in Providing Technical Assistance

(a) DARS gives the service provider technical assistance, as needed, to help the service provider offer a full range of independent living services.
(b) Technical assistance may include:
(1) help to
expand a service provider's capacity to provide a full range of independent
living services; and
(2) training
on:
(A) the independent living philosophy;
and
(B) the administration,
operation, evaluation, and performance of independent living services according
to the rules in this chapter, the standards, and the contract
requirements.
