Section 356.2015 - Information in Program Participant Files

A center must limit the information kept in a program participant's files to information necessary for:

(1) statistical and funding purposes;

(2) establishing goals for intervention and advocacy;

(3) documenting the need for and delivery of services; and

(4) protecting the liability of the center and its employees, volunteers, and board members.
