Section 356.2013 - Confidentiality Agreements

A center must have all employees, volunteers, board members, student interns, and adult program participants sign a confidentiality agreement. The agreement must have a provision that states that confidentiality must be maintained after an employee, volunteer, board member, student intern, or program participant leaves the center. The signed agreements must be placed:

(1) in the personnel files of the employees;

(2) in the corporate records of the board members; and

(3) in the individual files of volunteers, student interns, and program participants.
