Section 356.508 - Exceptions to Allowable Types of Facilities for a 24-Hour-a-Day Shelter

(a) A center may request an exception to the allowable types of facilities for a 24-hour-a-day shelter by submitting a written waiver request that addresses the factors of safety and service delivery to the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), in accordance with § RSA 379.206 of this chapter (relating to Requesting a Variance or Waiver).

(b) A waiver will be granted if HHSC approves the request.
