The purpose of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services (CRS) program is to provide services that enhance the quality of life for persons who have a traumatic brain injury (TBI) or traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI), or both, and to enable them to function as independently as possible within the home environment and within the community by improving their mobility, self-care, and communication skills.
