Section 334.121 - Staff Training in Rights

An MRA must ensure that:

(1) an employee of the MRA who will provide direct services and supports to an individual or will routinely perform job duties in proximity to an individual, and the supervisor of such an employee, receive instruction on the contents of this subchapter before starting job duties and annually thereafter; and

(2) an employee of the MRA who will not provide direct services and supports to an individual and will not routinely perform job duties in proximity to an individual, and the supervisor of such an employee, receive instruction on the contents of this subchapter within two months after starting job duties and every two years thereafter.
