Section 306.301 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to describe the requirements for providing mental health (MH) rehabilitative services that includes the following:

(1) crisis intervention services;

(2) medication training and support services;

(3) psychosocial rehabilitative services;

(4) skills training and development services; and

(5) day programs for acute needs.
