Section 306.265 - Making a Complaint

A provider must, in accordance with Chapter 404, Subchapter E of Title 25 (relating to Rights of Persons Receiving Mental Health Services), notify the individual or LAR and, if the individual is a child or adolescent, the primary caregiver in writing of the process for making a complaint to the provider's client rights officer.
