Section 301.101 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to comply with the Texas Health and Safety Code, § 534.067, by establishing a uniform fee collection policy for local mental health authorities that:
(1) is equitable;
(2) provides for collections; and
(3) maximizes contributions to local revenue.
