Section 261.249 - Fair Hearing

Any individual whose request for eligibility for the ICF/MR Program is denied or is not acted upon with reasonable promptness, or whose ICF/MR Program services have been terminated, suspended or reduced by the department is entitled to a fair hearing in accordance with Chapter 419, Subchapter G of Title 40 (relating to Medicaid Fair Hearings) [now repealed].
