(a) A program provider must conduct an annual survey of individuals, LARs, and actively involved person to determine satisfaction with services.
(b) At least annually, a program provider must:
(1) review all final investigative
reports from HHSC and based on the review, identify program process
improvements that help prevent the occurrence of abuse, neglect, and
exploitation and improve the delivery of services; and
(2) evaluate critical incident data reported
in accordance with §
260.201(d) of
this subchapter (relating to Protection of Individual), compare the program
provider's use of restraint to aggregate data provided by HHSC on HHSC's
website, and identify program process improvements that help prevent the
occurrence of critical incidents and improve service delivery.
