The responsibilities under this section are carried out through the Texas Department of Health, General Sanitation Division. Printed or electronic copies of the documents referenced in § 295.142 of this title (relating to Guidelines for Selection and Use of Eye and Face Protective Devices) may be obtained free of charge by contacting the division.
