Section 200.10 - Data Validation

All data submitted by facilities are subject to data validation. When requested by the department, a health care facility shall provide the department access to, copies of and/or information from the facility documents and records underlying and documenting the data submitted, as well as other patient related documentation deemed necessary to validate facility data.
