Section 186.11 - Respiratory Care Practitioner Scope of Practice

The respiratory care practitioner shall provide, within the education, training, and experience of the respiratory care practitioner, respiratory care services and procedures consistent with the practice of respiratory care, as defined in § 186.2 of this chapter (relating to Definitions) and §604.003(3) and §604.001(5) of the Act, and in accordance with §604.003 of the Act.
