Section 174.10 - Call Coverage Agreement Minimum Requirements

(1) may be oral or written;

(2) allows for and sets forth the terms in which a physician will provide medical services to established patients of another physician; and

(3) describes the timing and method by which the covering physician will provide a report to the patientTs primary physician about the medical intervention or advice provided during the coverage period.
