Section 160.18 - Complaints and Complaint Procedure Notification

(a) Filing of complaints.
(1) Anyone may complain to the board alleging
that a person or licensee has violated the Act or this chapter.
(2) A person wishing to complain against a
medical physicist or other person shall notify the board and shall submit the
complaint in writing.
(b) Complaint Procedure Notification.
(1) Pursuant to §602.152 and
§602.153 of the Act, Chapter 178 of this title (relating to Complaints)
shall govern medical physicists with regard to methods of notification for
filing complaints with the agency.
(2) If the provisions of Chapter 178 of this
title conflict with the Act or rules under this chapter, the Act and provisions
of this chapter shall control.
