Section 79.2 - Lack of Diligence

(a) A licensee may not:
(1) perform or attempt to perform
procedures for which the licensee is untrained;
(2) delegate responsibilities to an untrained
individual;
(3) physically harm or
allow physical harm to an individual;
(4) abandon a patient without reasonable
cause and adequate notice; or
(5)
expose an individual to unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
(b) A licensee who violates this section is subject to disciplinary action.
