Section 519.92 - The Record and Assessment of Cost of Preparation

(a) The record in any case includes:
(1) all pleadings, motions, and intermediate
rulings of the ALJ;
(2) the
transcript of the hearing on the merits;
(3) the evidence received or considered at
the hearing on the merits;
(4) any
statements of matters officially noticed;
(5) all objections to evidence, rulings on
the objections and any offers of proof;
(6) any decision or opinion, objections to
any decision or opinion, and rulings on the objections; and
(7) all staff memoranda and correspondence
from parties or data submitted to or considered by the ALJ or the board in
making decisions.
(b) The board shall require a party who seeks judicial review of a final decision of the board to pay all or part of the actual cost of preparation of the original or a certified copy of the record required to be transmitted to a reviewing court.
