Chapter 365 - LICENSING AND REGISTRATION
Section 365.23 - Transfer of License

The Board shall transfer a license to a person who:
(1) meets the requirements set forth in the Plumbing License Law; and
(2) submits the following:
(A) the required
application;
(B) the required fee;
and
(C) a notarized Transfer of
License Affidavit that is signed by the transferor or a valid will executed by
the transferor.
