(a) A student who meets all Program requirements according to Title 19 Texas Administrative Code § 21.52has met the requirements of the Texas Success Initiative according to Texas Education Code Chapter 51.
(b) A student who meets all Program requirements according to Title 19 Texas Administrative Code § 21.52has met the initial eligibility requirements of the TEXAS Grant program, as authorized by the Toward Excellence, Access, and Success Grant Program under the Texas Education Code § 56.3041.
