(a) Cancellation or Suspension of Grant Solicitations. The Commissioner has the right to reject all applications and cancel a grant solicitation at any point.
(b) Forfeiture and Return of Funds.
(1) A grantee shall return to the
Coordinating Board any award funds remaining unspent at the end of the grant
term as set forth in the contract or agreement not later than sixty (60)
calendar days after the close of the grant term.
(2) A grantee shall notify the Coordinating
Board within thirty (30) calendar days of any funded residency position that is
vacated.
(3) A grantee shall have
sixty (60) calendar days from notification to the Coordinating Board of the
vacated position to refill the funded residency position.
(4) If the grantee fails to refill the
position in the required timeline, the grantee forfeits and shall return, if
grant funds were received, a proportionate share of the grant award for each
unfilled residency position as determined by the Commissioner.
