Section 86.207 - Licensing Requirements - Towing Operator License

(a) A person shall not perform towing operations without an appropriate license issued by the department.
(b) Each type of towing operator license is:
(1) valid for one year from the date of issuance;
(2) valid throughout this state; and
(3) nontransferable.
