Section 68.53 - Transmittal Letters

(a) A transmittal letter must be provided to an owner no later than the 30th day after the completion of a plan review, plan revision, or inspection and uploaded in TABS.
(b) A transmittal letter must be typewritten and include, at a minimum:
(1)
date of the report;
(2) the name
and certification number of the registered accessibility preparing the
letter;
(3) owner name and
address;
(4) TABS project number
issued by the department;
(5)
project name, facility name, and address;
(6) results paragraph, as
applicable;
(7) owner action
paragraph, as applicable; and
(8)
disclaimer paragraph, as applicable.
