Section 130.42 - Doctor of Podiatric Medicine License-Term; Renewal

(a) A Doctor of Podiatric Medicine license is valid for two years.
(b) To renew a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine license, the licensee must:
(1) submit a completed renewal application in a form and manner prescribed by the department;
(2) complete all required continuing medical education hours as required by §130.44; and
(3) pay the required fee under §130.60.
(c) For each license renewal, a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine must complete the human trafficking prevention training required under Occupations Code, Chapter 116, and provide proof of completion as prescribed by the department.
