A utility may be permitted, subject to any revenue adjustment required, to include AFUDC related to a project in its rate base in rate proceedings after completion of the project. If, pursuant to this section, a utility is permitted to include CWIP related to a project in its rate base, only that AFUDC accruing prior to such inclusion shall be permitted.
