Section 7.201 - Filing of Documents

(a) A person intending to initiate a proceeding before the Commission shall file two copies of such pleadings with the Director.

(b) A person filing pleadings or documents other than those initiating a proceeding shall file two copies. In cases in which a legal examiner has not been assigned, the pleadings are to be filed with Gas Services . In those cases in which a legal examiner has been assigned, the pleadings are to be filed with the Docket Services Section in accordance with § RSA 1.22 of this title, relating to Filings with the Hearings Division. If a person files a copy of a signed original, the person or the person's authorized representative shall maintain the signed original for examination by the Commission, the examiner, the Director, or any party to the proceedings.

(c) The mailing address of Gas Services and the Docket Services Section is: Railroad Commission of Texas, P.O. Box 12967, 1701 North Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78711-2967. The regular office hours of the Commission are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and on certain state-observed holidays.
