Section 12.123 - Newspaper Advertisement and Proof of Publication

A copy of the newspaper advertisement of the application and proof of publication of the advertisement shall be filed with the Commission and made a part of the complete application, not later than 4 weeks after the last date of publication required under § 12.207(a) of this title (relating to Public Notices of Filing of Permit Applications).
