Publications copyrighted by the Texas Historical Commission can be reprinted or copied only if a written request is submitted to and approved by the executive director of the agency. Request will be granted only when the purpose of the reproduction is consistent with good principles of preservation and serves the public interest. Agency publications that are not copyrighted may be reprinted without special permission, provided proper credit is given.
