(a) Using cash or in-kind contributions, an applicant must commit amounts at least equal to the amount of the grant requested from the OOG. An applicant eligible institution may commit for matching purpose any funds of the institution immediately available for that purpose other than appropriated general revenue.

(b) The GURI grant award may not be used as a source of funding to support a match requirement for any other grant obtained by the institution.
