Section 62.202 - Grant Decision Notification Process
Current through Reg. 49, No. 38; September 20, 2024
(a) The OAG shall notify the applicant in writing of its decision regarding a grant award.
(b) The OAG may utilize a grant contract document or a notice of grant document once a decision is made to award a grant. The applicant will be given a deadline to act to accept the grant award and to return the appropriate document to the OAG within the time prescribed by the OAG. An applicant's failure to return the signed document to the OAG within the applicable time period may be construed as a rejection of the grant award, and the OAG may de-obligate funds.
(c) The OAG may add special conditions to the grant award. Until satisfied, these special conditions will affect the grantee's ability to receive funds. If special conditions are not resolved, the OAG may de-obligate the entire amount of the grant award.
