Current through Reg. 49, No. 38; September 20, 2024

(a) Compensation for dental services shall be subject to fair and reasonable guidelines. For dental services normally associated with criminally injurious conduct, the OAG has determined that fair and reasonable reimbursements will be paid at the amount published in the current American Dental Association Survey of Dental Fees.

(b) Pre-treatment plans for dental services are recommended, however examinations and x-rays do not require authorization and may be compensated if they are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of the criminally injurious conduct.
