The National Medical Support Notice ("the Notice") is intended to provide a standardized means of communication between State child support enforcement agencies, employers, and parents. The Notice will facilitate the process of enrolling children in the group health plans for which their parents are eligible and create a uniform and streamlined process for enforcement of health care coverage to ensure that all children receive the health care coverage for which they are eligible and to which they are entitled.
