Section 20.283 - Contents of Special Session Report

A report required by § RSA 20.281 of this title (relating to Special Session Report by Certain Officeholders) shall include the following information:

(1) the officeholder's name;

(2) the officeholder's address;

(3) the office held;

(4) the date each contribution was accepted;

(5) the name of each person making a contribution;

(6) the address of each person making a contribution;

(7) the amount of each contribution accepted during the period;

(8) a description of any in-kind contribution; and

(9) an affidavit, executed by the officeholder, stating: "I swear, or affirm, that the accompanying report is true and correct and includes all information required to be reported by me under Title 15, Election Code."
