Section 20.275 - Exception from Filing Requirement for Certain Local Officeholders

An officeholder is not required to file a semiannual report of contributions and expenditures if the officeholder:

(1) is required to file with an authority other than the commission;

(2) does not have a campaign treasurer appointment on file; and

(3) does not accept more than the aggregate amount of political contributions or make more than the aggregate amount of political expenditures specified in Tex. Elec. Code §254.095, as amended by Figure 1 in 1 TAC § 18.31 during the reporting period.
