Section 376.907 - How is adult legal responsibility for an unaccompanied refugee minor established?

Legal responsibility is established in accordance with applicable state laws and federal requirements in RSA 400.115. In establishing legal responsibility, however, the contractor should not contact the minor's natural parents in their native country, because contact could be dangerous to the parents.
