Section 372.1710 - Third-Party Processor Requirements

(a) Retailers entering the EBT system that choose to use an authorized third-party processor must choose one that is certified to the Texas EBT system.
(b) A third-party processor must:
(1) comply with performance and technical
standards set forth in
RSA
274.12(h);
(2) execute a written agreement adopted in
accordance with
RSA
274.12(g)(6)
with the retailer management EBT contractor;
(3) meet the qualifications established in
§
RSA
372.1702 of this subchapter (relating to EBT
System Requirements); and
(4)
comply with applicable general conditions established in §
RSA
372.1702 of this subchapter.
