(a) In the TANF Program, resources are cash (or its equivalent) and property that is convertible to cash (or its equivalent). Resources include:
(1) cash from income not obligated in the
month of receipt; and
(2) lump sum
payments received intermittently and no more often than once
annually.
(b) In SNAP, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission follows the definition of resources in RSA 273.8(c).
