To determine income eligibility for the Presumptive Medicaid Program, HHSC counts the income of the following individuals, if living together:
(1) the individual;
(2) the individual's spouse;
(3) the individual's children under 19 years of age; and
(4) the individual's parents and siblings under the age of 19 if the individual is a child under the age of 19.
