(a) Statutory authority. RSA 456.716 and Texas Government Code § RSA 531.0736 require HHSC to establish the Drug Utilization Review (DUR Board).
(b) Cross-reference. The DUR Board is governed by rules set out in § RSA 354.1941 of this title (relating to Drug Utilization Review Board).
