Section 213.40 - Accessibility Survey and Reporting Requirements

(a) The department shall conduct an EIR accessibility survey regarding progress and compliance with Chapter 206 and Chapter 213 of this title, pursuant to Texas Government Code § 2054.464.
(b) Each institution of higher education shall be required to complete the accessibility survey within the prescribed deadline established by the department. Survey responses shall be supported by institution of higher education documentation.
