Section 213.16 - Support Documentation and Services

Effective April 18, 2020, unless an exception is approved by the agency head or an exemption has been made for specific technologies pursuant to § 213.17 of this chapter, all documentation and services that support the use of EIR developed, procured, or changed by a state agency shall comply with the standards described in this subchapter. Each state agency shall comply with the following standards referenced in Section 508 Appendix C, Chapter 6:
(1) Chapter 6, § 602 Support Documentation; and
(2) Chapter 6, § 603 Support.
