The Division of Welcome Centers is responsible for providing familiarization training to all Welcome Center hostesses on each of the nine tourist regions in the State of Tennessee through visitations to each region toward its effort to assure that they are knowledgeable to promote and sell tourists on all of the tourist attractions.
