Section 1360-02-16-.05 - AVAILABILITY OF LISTS TO CANDIDATES

Under open records laws of the State of Tennessee these lists are open for inspection to any citizen of the state. In addition, if requested by a person who is a candidate in the election in which early voting is being conducted, a copy of the list shall be mailed to that candidate, on a daily basis, at an address he or she provides to the county election commission. The county election commission may charge a reasonable cost for production of this list not to exceed the cost of producing the list.
