The officer of elections, accompanied by either a judge or precinct registrar of another political party, as provided in T.C.A. §2-7-138, shall immediately deliver the memory cartridges and other election materials as specified by the county election commission. They shall travel in the same automobile and shall not be permitted to stop except as required by law or for emergency. At no time shall the memory cartridges and the certification materials be left unattended.
