(1) The following ballot page and ballot card colors shall be used in all elections in the State of Tennessee using punch card voting machines:
(a) General Elections (when no primary is
held simultaneously) - Buff
(b)
Democratic Primary - White or
Democratic Primary plus General Election - White
(c) Republican Primary - Blue or
Republican Primary plus General Election - Blue
(d) Third Party Primary - Green or
Third Party Primary plus General Election - Green
