Chapter 1320-08-10 - Temporary Tags
Section 1320-08-10-.06 - RECORDS

Current through September 24, 2024

(1) Every dealer who assigns and issues "temporary tags" shall maintain a record of each issue to include the name and address of the licensee, a description of the vehicle and the date of issuance.

(2) Each record of an issuance and each release for a delivery to another dealer shall be kept for a period of not less than fifteen (15) months from the date of the transaction. Full and free access to such records shall be afforded at the dealer's place of business during regular business hours to peace officers and authorized representatives of this Department.
