Original Chapter 1280-1 was
filed December 29, 1975; effective January 28, 1976, under Section 4 Chapter 5
of Tennessee Code Annotated. The Administrative History following each rule
gives the date on which the rule was certified, or the date on which the rule
was filed and its effective date, if promulgated after March 11, 1974. The
Administrative History after each rule also shows the date of any amendments or
repeals.
Original Chapter 1280-2 filed November 22, 1978; effective
January 8, 1979.
Repeal of rules 1280-1-.01 through 1280-1-04 and
new rules 1280-1-.05 through 1280-1-.08 filed February 26, 1987; effective
April 12, 1987.
Original rule 1280-1-.09 filed July 9, 1990;
effective August 23, 1990.
Chapter 1280 repealed by Chapter 916 in
the Public Acts of 1994.
