(1) Upon request by a customer, and at no charge, the utility shall make a test of the meter serving the customer, provided that such tests need not be made more frequently than once in twelve (12) months.
(a) The
customer, or his/her representative, may be present when his/her meter is
tested.
(b) A report of the results
of the test together with a copy of Rule 1220-4-4-.31 shall be made to the
customer within ten (10) workdays after the completion of the test, and a
record of the report, together with a complete record of each test, shall be
kept on file at the office of the utility.
